What is Validas?
Validas is more than a company. It’s a way to take control of your wireless services and bills. We put you in the driver’s seat and give you all of the information and tools you need to get the best plan, resolve billing disputes, and save 25% or more per year on your service. Validas Inc., is a privately funded company. For information on investment opportunities please contact us at investor@myvalidas.com
How much does the average Validas user save?
We’re saving our average customer more than $450 per year, or 25% or more. We’ve saved individual consumers more than $2000 just by finding errors, and have saved business customers nearly $20,000 per month by optimizing their plans!
How do ATT Rollover minutes work?
Rollover Minutes accumulate and expire through 12 rolling bill periods. Bill Period 1 (activation) unused Anytime Minutes will not carry over. Bill Period 2 unused Anytime Minutes will begin to carry over. Rollover Minutes accumulated starting with Bill Period 2 will expire each bill period as they reach a 12 bill period age. Rollover Minutes will also expire immediately upon default or if customer changes to a non-Rollover plan. If you change plans (including the formation of a FamilyTalk plan), or if an existing subscriber joins your existing FamilyTalk plan, any accumulated Rollover Minutes in excess of your new plan or the primary FamilyTalk line's included Anytime Minutes will be lost.
Why would I ever use Validas more than once?
We talk to hundreds of people who never check their monthly bill. But we also know that 8 of 10 people are on the wrong plan, 1 in 10 bills is just plain wrong, and carriers introduce new and better offers every month. Instead of paying your bill blind, let us check it for you. You will definitely get your money’s worth!
What if I upload a business invoice, but already have a consumer subscription to Validas?
Business invoices are billed separately from your subscription at a rate of $2.50 per cell phone number. Your account will not be decremented an upload but you will need to pay to see the full report for your business invoice. As usual, what you pay us is just a fraction of what we’ll save you.
If you find errors on my bill or a better plan, how do I avoid calling my carrier to fix it?
Just use our automatic email template. It’s formatted the right way to ensure your disputes are resolved and your plan changes are made quickly.
What if I don’t even look at my bill because it’s paid automatically every month?
Let us check your bill for you. We’ll make sure it’s accurate and that you’re only paying as much as you should.

How do I save my reports and the dashboards?
We provide a printer icon in the top left corner on our reports and dashboards. You can use this icon to print your reports to your printer. Or if you want to save the reports to a PDF file, we recommend you download a free program called Primo PDF. Then when you click on our printer icon you will be able to print the screen to a PDF file using Primo. You can also use Primo to create PDF files from word documents, or to print out screen shots of other websites. Instructions on using Primo PDF are included in the download. Please note that Validas uses Primo PDF for many things however we are not affiliated with Primo PDF in any way and therefore can not guarentee the software will be free from defects and/or viruses. We just like their product so we thought we would promote it.
What are spanned calls?
Spanned calls are calls that begin during one calling time period and last into another calling time period. The minutes used during these calls are then split into the appropriate time period based on the carriers calling period starting and ending times as well as any add on features you may have that would change the calling period starting and ending times. For instance, if you make a call at 8:45PM on Verizon Wireless and that call lasts 45 minutes and ends at 9:45PM then Verizon will divide those minutes into the appropriate calling times. So, 15 minutes will be listed as peak minutes and 30 minutes will be listed as night and weekend minutes. Please Note: ATT does not have spanned calls unless you are in the following areas; Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin, Texas, Kansas, Upstate New York, Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, and Indiana. If you are not in one of these states and you begin a call at 8:45PM and it lasts 60 minutes, all 60 minutes will be considered peak minutes. On the other hand, if you make a call at 5:45AM and that call lasts 2 hours than all 120 minutes will be considered night and weekend minutes.
